ABOUT THE ARTIST

Wincen Kwok is a landscape and portrait painter based in Toronto, Canada. He is deeply fascinated by how landscapes can evoke a deeper emotional and spiritual reflection. The paintings are atmospheric and moody, often evoking existential themes of impermanence.

In 2020, he dedicated himself to refining his art skills through independent study, attending workshops at established art institutions such as the Grand Central Atelier (GCA) and the Academy of Realist Art (ARA), and a mentorship program with a classically trained plein-air artist.
